Throughout the development of your web site or graphic design project, there are a few steps we will follow along the process. From initial concept to development to final output, we pay close attention to every detail to ensure we deliver the results you are looking for.

Initial Meeting
The first step in creating your online presence is for Claymill Creative to get to know more about you and your business. Including the services you offer, what you would like to gain from your website, and your overall design needs. We will gather any materials necessary to follow the brand you have established as well.

Development
During the development phase is when our creative minds go to work. We brainstorm and storyboard to come up with the look and feel of your site or project. We then begin piecing together your website or graphics project electronically.

Testing
In the testing phase is when you get to see a test version of your project which allows you to make any changes before the final outcome. We can make as many changes as we need to until you are satisfied with the result.

Set up (web site only)
If you are a client of a web site project, the set up stage involves setting up your web site hosting and domain name if not already established.

Going Live or Going to Print!
Once you are completely satisfied with the design of your project, your web site is published live on the internet or your print project is sent to the printer.

Payment
After your project is complete is when payment is expected. Because we feel each business and project are unique we will discuss pricing after our inital meeting when we gain more information about what you are looking for with your project.
